Week 15

I would say meat is the most dangerous food. If it is not cleaned correctly we can die. Lets say that the meat had worms or something and if we were to eat it we could die. The worms may crawl up to our brain and begin eating parts of our brain.

Week 14

The segmented worm and the starfish obviously have less parts in the organ system then the grasshopper. The grasshoppers circulation works differently then the starfish and worm. The worms circulation is much easier because it has very few parts. The circulation only comes from top to bottom.

Week 13

The flower obviously had much more different parts then the fish, starfish, and worm. They flower doesnt have as many parts as the animals do. All the following have their different ways of breathing and so on. They all however tend to be the same with their ways of eating, breathing and recreating.

Week 11

It wasn't that hard for me to get food because i had a fork. The competition kept me from getting less food then i could have got. The birds with the sharper beaks whichmens thne people with forks had the upper hand because they were able to stab any food they wanted. The people with spoons had no problem getting food either. They simply scooped their food to get what they want. The knives were in a way easy to get food because they were able to stab their food. The hardest part for them was holding on to their food.

The difficulties of the predators to get the prey were the candies that were wrapped. The gummy types were the easiest for the forks and knives. All they had to do was simply stab them and that was it. The spoons were able to get any candies besides the bigger candies. The hard part was the big gang of birds going after food all at once. A couple of times a bird would have their food taken away by another bird.

Week 10

The "Butterfly Effect" can happen. If one animal dies then the animal who eats it will die as well. Then it will continue until pretty soon all animals will die. One bad cause can lead to another and another. The web can be effected severely with just one mistake or 1 of any animals extinction.

Week 9

I think the most important subject in the geologic era is the fossils. I thinks its important to know and learn about who or what was living before us. I also think its important to know who they are and what they look like. The subject about fossils is pretty interesting as well. In the future we may or may not find out more about the fossils in the past thousands or maybe millions of years.

Week 8

Directional selection is when individuals at one end of the curve higher fitness than individuals in the middle or at the end. Stabalizing selection is when individuals near the center of the curve have higher fitness than individuals at either end of the curve. Disruptive selection is when individuals at the upper and lower ends of the curve have higher fitness than individuals near the middle.

Week 7

To understand how radical Darwin's thoughts appeared, you must understand a few things about the world in which he lived. Most Europeans in Darwin's day believed that the Earth and all its forms of life had been created only a few thousand years ago. Since that original creation, they concluded, neither the planet or its living species had changed.

Week 6

Convergent evolution has occurred time and time again in both animals and plants. Consider swimming animals, for example. An animal can move through the water rapidly with the least amount of energy if its body is streamlined and if it has body parts that can be used like paddles.

Week 5

As new species evolve, populations become reproductively isolated from eachother. Speciation in the Galapagos finches occurred by founding of a new population, geographic isolation, changes in the new population's gene pool, reproductive isolation, and ecological competition.

Week 4

Individual organisms differ, and some of the variations are heritable. Organisms produce more offspring than can survive, and many that do survive do not reproduce. Because more organisms are produced than can survive, they compete for limited resources. Each unique organism has different advantages and disadvantages in the struggle for existence. Individuals best suited to their environment survive and reproduce most successfully. These organisms pass their heritable traits to their offspring. Other individuals die or leave fewer offspring. This process of natural selection causes species to change over time. Species alive today are descended with modification from ancestral species that lived in the distant past. This process, by which diverse species evolved from common ancestors, unites all organisms on Earth into a single tree of life.

Week 3

I have a lot of my dads genes because i look a lot like him. He has different color eyes then i do. My genes are very similar to my dads. Im starting to get more of my grandpa and my moms looks now. I think my dad has very strong genes because of how similar we are.

Week 2

I think we should clone humans if we really have to. If we start cloning too much people then were going to run out of space. I don't really see a point for clonig a human for anything.

Week 1

I think genetics will be used to either clone someone or make people exactly the same. Especially that technology is advancing more by the moment. It could have two people go throgh puberty and finish at the same time. They can also have same height weight and everything.
